About the Patchwork & Quiltdagen

At the Patchwork & Quiltdagen beautiful quilts are exhibited, made in different styles and techniques. The fair is entitled to call itself the largest and unique patchwork and quilt exhibition in the Netherlands. Everything revolves around nothing but this wonderful hobby, you will not find any other textile hobbies here on this 5000 m2 floor. That makes this fair unique in its kind and you will find the hobbyists pur sang.

As of October 1, 2025, parking in the immediate vicinity of De Broodfabriek will be €2.15 per hour on the street (zone 32275).
De Broodfabriek also has parking lot P2 next to the main entrance.
Depending on the trade show or event, paid parking is available in this lot
(maximum €10 per vehicle per day).

Directions to Volmerlaan 12:

Accessibility:
De Broodfabriek is easily accessible by both car and public transport. It is situated in the Rijswijkse Plaspoelpolder, on the A4 motorway, near the A12 and A13 motorways. It’s close to all highways to The Hague, Amsterdam, Rotterdam, and Utrecht. Rijswijk train station is within walking distance, and buses and trams stop right outside.

A4 from Amsterdam:
You can reach De Broodfabriek via the A4 in less than 35 minutes. Follow the A4 to the Plaspoelder exit (exit 10). At the end of the exit, turn right onto «Diepenhorstlaan.» At the first traffic lights, turn left onto «Visseringlaan.» After 250 meters, turn left onto «Volmerlaan.» After 50 meters, you will see De Broodfabriek on your right.

A13 from Rotterdam:
From Rotterdam, take the A13 towards The Hague. At the Ypenburg junction, follow the signs for Rijswijk A4 (exit 7-Rijswijk). Follow the A4 until the Plaspoelpolder exit (exit 10). At the end of the exit, turn right onto «Diepenhorstlaan.» At the first traffic lights, turn left onto «Visseringlaan.» After 250 meters, turn left onto «Volmerlaan.» After 50 meters, you will see De Broodfabriek on your right.

A4 from Rotterdam:
De Broodfabriek is easily reached via the A4 in an average of 25 minutes. Follow the A4 to the Plaspoelpolder exit (exit 10). At the end of the exit, continue straight onto «Diepenhorstlaan.» At the first traffic lights, turn left onto «Visseringlaan.» After 250 meters, turn left onto «Volmerlaan.» After 50 meters, you will see De Broodfabriek on your right.
